Whatever way by which people do medications with habatu sawdau and it is proven to be beneficial from experience, goes in line with the statement of the Prophet Muhammad, Sallallohu 'alaehi wasalam, that habatu sawdau is cure for every disease except death as Prophet himself never mentioned how it can be used for treatment and cure.

According to the experts, the best way to use it is by putting 7 seeds of it in the mouth, chew them and swallow it as the essential oil in it is one of the powerful contents of habatu sawdau.
